Friday's Film: The Rib Cage Braid

This is a cool hairstyle that would be great to use during this Halloween time.

We call it "The Rib Cage Braid" and it would be fun to add a skeleton head at the top for a creepy holiday hairdo.
As you can see, it is really quite simple.
It doesn't need to always start from a ponytail but it does make it a bit easier to work with.
I will be posting a few hairstyles using this braid in the future so you can refer to this video anytime you need.

I think I got the idea, but I find it really hard to see on your daughter's dark hair. Maybe there is a way to brighten it up with a lamp right next to it? Anyway, love your hair and your creativity. Thank a lot!!

Very creative and neatly done! I agree with the above commenter. It's hard to see detail in your videos, probably because of your daughter's dark hair, and also the low light. I know how much work it is to get a video posted though and I appreciate your efforts to show the rest of us how to do these hair do's.

very cool! I agree that the video is dark, but nice to have a video. I have frenchbraided a ponytail before, but never would have thought to do that!

I completely agree ladies! I'm going to have to find a better place to film. Sorry about this one and I wish it was brighter! I guess it's all a bit of trial and error. :)
